Chip is a giant wasp who is the husband later widower of Muffy and a minor character in the 1998 film Antz, and the 2003 sequel Antz 2.

He was voiced by Dan Aykroyd, who also voiced Yogi Bear, and The Holy Man in The Emperor's New Clothes: An All-Star Illustrated Retelling of the Classic Fairy Tale.

Z and Bala find the Land of Red and White, and find Chip with his wife Muffy. Chip makes fun of Muffy's hobbies.

Later, he starts making out with Muffy, but this didn't last long until the boy uses a fly swatter to kill Muffy. Chip wails and cries, and then the boy's foot comes, and Chip leaves as Muffy's carcass is crushed.

After Cutter takes Bala, Z finds Chip in a wine bottle and helps Z save Bala. Z thanks Chip and wishes him good luck.

• At several points throughout the film, Antz, Chip's head is seen in General Mandible's office as a hunting trophy, along with the heads of the Praying Mantis, the Rhinoceros Beetle, the Ladybug, Muffy, the Fly, the Mosquito, and one of the Termites.
